Below are the steps for placing your orders from Vitameta Ltd:

1- After finding your required product, request more information by sending us a e-mail or quick chat via our whatsApp contact. Our sales team will send you a quotation and more details.

2- Once you receive the quotation and satisfied with all the information and specifications, you will have to reply back if you have any further requirements if not provide the following data: 

     -Name or company name:
     -Phone or Mobile number:
      -Address:
      -Destination Port:
      -Required Quantity:
      -Required Packaging:

3- We will proceed and send the pro-forma invoice once we get the above data for payment. Make sure to revert back to us with the SWIFT copy for payment confirmation.

4- Once the payment is confirmed, we will begin the shipping procedures immediately  after confirming your payment from our bank, All the shipping document will be forwarded to you via e-mail and or WhatsApp.

For clients who require a regular or monthly supply, we will have to sign a contract based on our available quantity and your demand. The price for our scraps or ingots becomes cheaper for bulk order purchase.
